However, the WordPress platform has become cumbersome to manage, content is difficult to navigate, and the firm depends on limited internal access and inconsistent outside support.

The Performance Upgrade will migrate Wilke Fleury's current website from WordPress to DynamiX's Octane platform. This is a one-to-one migration—not a redesign. The existing visual direction, content, navigation, and overall page structure will remain substantially unchanged, with only the adjustments required to support the Octane platform.

This approach allows Wilke Fleury to improve its technical foundation, website management, performance, and SEO safeguards now without rushing through a complete redesign before the firm's committee and budgeting process is ready.

Wilke Fleury's current mobile performance score of 69/100 presents a challenge to the site's speed, user experience, and search visibility. The Performance Upgrade will improve this by migrating the site to Octane's faster, more stable technical foundation.

Wilke Fleury currently has 589 URLs indexed by Google. Our review also identified 79 core HTML pages, 433 blog posts, and additional non-indexed URLs.

As part of the Performance Upgrade, DynamiX will migrate the approved existing website pages and content from WordPress to Octane on a one-to-one basis. This scope does not include evaluating, rewriting, consolidating, or removing content beyond confirming the final migration inventory with Wilke Fleury.

Website Migration

DynamiX will review Wilke Fleury's existing website and work with the firm to confirm the content included in the migration. The current footprint on Google shows 589 indexed URLs, our internal review shows approximately 512 indexed URLs, consisting of 79 core pages and 433 blog or news posts.

Once the migration inventory is approved, DynamiX will migrate the approved core pages, attorney biographies, practice areas, blog and news content, imagery, downloadable resources, forms, links, and essential functionality to Octane. The existing navigation, URL structure, content, and overall visual presentation will be preserved wherever technically appropriate. Minor formatting or layout adjustments may be made where required to support the Octane platform.

The Performance Upgrade does not include a visual redesign, new content development, or a broader restructuring of the website. Any content or functionality that cannot be migrated directly will be identified and reviewed with Wilke Fleury before implementation.

Technical Performance and SEO Foundation

DynamiX will rebuild the approved website content on Octane's managed technical foundation, reducing Wilke Fleury's dependence on WordPress plugins, software updates, and outside developer availability.

Existing page titles, metadata descriptions, headings, links, and other available SEO elements will be preserved during the migration. DynamiX will also map redirects for approved URLs that must change and review the migrated website for broken links, missing assets, and technical inconsistencies.

The completed website will use Octane's responsive, performance-focused framework and built-in SEO guidance. This will provide Wilke Fleury with a stronger technical foundation while helping protect its existing organic visibility during the transition.

Launch & Support

Before launch, DynamiX will review the migrated website to confirm that the approved content and functionality transferred successfully. This review will cover the migrated pages and blog posts, navigation, links, forms, approved integrations, and the website's presentation across common desktop and mobile screen sizes.

DynamiX will then coordinate the website launch and domain transition with Wilke Fleury's designated contacts. Following launch, the firm's website administrators will receive training on managing pages, attorney biographies, practice areas, blog content, and other routine updates within Octane.

Wilke Fleury will then transition to the DynamiX support team for ongoing hosting, platform maintenance, training, and website assistance. This gives the firm the ability to manage everyday updates internally while retaining access to a dependable partner for more involved changes.
