Summary

DynamiX is excited to partner with Client Name to design and build a distinctive, high-performance website that clearly separates and elevates your brand. The site will be built on DynamiX's exclusive Octane platform -- a modern, purpose-built engine designed for speed, stability, security, and long-term scalability.

Unlike traditional CMS platforms, Octane eliminates the technical debt, plugin sprawl, and maintenance risk that typically slow sites down over time, giving Client Name a future-ready foundation that simply works and evolves as technology moves forward, without you having to redesign it.

This new website will not only showcase what makes Client Name unique in your market, but also directly address current pain points while creating a flexible framework that can grow and evolve with your business.

Site Goals

  • Create a visually striking, brand-unique website that clearly differentiates Client Name from competitors

  • Build the site on Octane to deliver a clean, high-quality codebase optimized for performance, security, and scalability

  • Present Client Name's content in engaging, interactive ways that strengthen brand clarity and deepen user engagement

Scope of Work

Vision & Build Alignment

We will begin by developing a clear understanding of your goals, positioning, and what success will look like for your organization. This will directly shape how the site is structured, how content is prioritized, and how users will move through the experience. The agreed-upon vision will become the blueprint for the build, ensuring that each decision supports the broader direction of the project.

Navigation & User Pathways

More visitors leave because they can't find the next step than any business likes to admit, and it is important to get this part right from the very beginning.

With this in mind, we will structure the site so users can move naturally toward the right next step without confusion or friction. Navigation, page hierarchy, and internal pathways will be organized to help visitors quickly find what they need while also guiding them toward key conversion points. The goal will be to create a site experience that feels intuitive, efficient, and purposeful rather than making users work to figure out where to go next.

Site Design

We like to say "Pretty is pointless," meaning that a pretty design on its face is not the goal. Rather the goal is to help the right prospective customer feel like you are the one for them.

We will design the site to reflect your brand in a way that feels credible, modern, and aligned with your position in the market. This will include establishing a cohesive visual direction across layout, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns so the site feels intentional and consistent throughout. The design will not simply be about appearance. It will also support clarity, reinforce trust, and make it easy for users to engage with your content across all devices.

Conversion & Lead Flow

We will structure the site to turn visitors into opportunities by placing clear calls to action, lead capture points, and conversion pathways throughout the experience. Key pages will be built to support different levels of buyer readiness, whether a visitor is prepared to take action immediately or still needs additional confidence before reaching out. This approach will ensure the site supports both quicker decisions and longer consideration cycles while aligning with your internal lead handling process.

Content Migration & Improvement

We will review existing content and map these pages into the new structure with intention. Content that should carry forward will be migrated into the updated pathways, while content that is redundant or no longer useful will be refined, consolidated, or removed.

Rather than simply moving content from one site to another, we will improve it where applicable so it better supports user understanding, strengthens the overall experience, and contributes more effectively to conversion. Should you wish to leverage our OctaneAI Full Page Rewrite, this can go even deeper.

Performance Across Devices

We will build the site to perform seamlessly across both mobile and desktop environments, with a strong focus on speed, responsiveness, and usability. Each element will be considered in the context of real-world usage so the experience feels fast, polished, and reliable regardless of device. This will help ensure the site not only looks strong, but also performs in a way that supports your goals and reinforces credibility with your audience.

Additional Custom Pieces

From reviewing the site, our discussion and understanding your organization, we did not see any additional layouts or capabilities that need to be created beyond what has been outlined here. With that said, we are always here should there be a need for us to create additional concepts on your behalf in future!

If you opt into a support agreement, these can be handled as desired with those hours, otherwise we can scope any time. Ideally, we love meeting with all of our clients on at least a quarterly or bi-annual basis to understand how the business is changing, and explore if there is anything that should be created to better tell your brand story.

Timeline Of An Evolve Build

Based on our discussion and the current state of your site, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is similar in content to your current website, but that can be quickly moved forward as new content is created between our two teams.

This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.

Build

Typical Timeline: 2-4 Weeks

Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.

Launch

Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks

As soon as the site is in a place where we have content equivalence, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to re-index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.

Refine

If And As Needed

Now that the site is live, we can optionally focus on adding additional concepts to the site experience, such as a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography from your team and deeper details on what makes your business stand out.
