TriArt Hardwoods
Evolve Website Design & Development
Summary
DynamiX is excited to partner with TriArt Hardwoods to design and build a clean, modern website that fixes the technical issues holding you back and tells a clearer story of who you are as a high-end, locally owned flooring company. The site will be built on DynamiX's exclusive Octane platform, a modern, purpose-built engine designed for speed, stability, security, and long-term scalability.
Unlike traditional CMS platforms, Octane eliminates the plugin vulnerabilities and technical debt that led to the security issues on your current site, giving TriArt Hardwoods a stable, future-ready foundation that simply works and evolves as technology moves forward, without you having to redesign it down the road.
This new website will highlight what sets TriArt Hardwoods apart, your craftsmanship, your certifications, and the team behind the work, while creating a faster, better organized site built to recover and grow your search rankings.
Site Goals
- Deliver a clean, modern design with simplified content, an easier-to-find contact path, and a stronger homepage call to action
- Build the site on Octane for a fast, secure, plugin-free foundation optimized for search performance and long-term reliability
- Strengthen brand authority by featuring your team, certifications, and review volume, while improving city-page structure to expand ranking beyond Buckhead
The Big Challenges We Plan To Solve For
Site Speed and Codebase
The TriArt Hardwoods's current score of a 33/100 on mobile is a major challenge to the site's ranking and performance, and will likely impact site traffic heavily in a negative way today.
Modernizing the Look & Feel
An outdated website can quietly undermine credibility, even when the underlying business is strong. As part of our work together, we will modernize the look and feel of the site to better reflect the quality, professionalism, and relevance of TriArt Hardwoods today. This includes updating visual patterns, layout systems, and interactions to create a cleaner, more confident experience that aligns with current user expectations while remaining flexible enough to evolve over time.
Site Security
Even though Sucuri, a 3rd party security scanning tool, isn't flagging one specific vulnerability, it's clear there's malware present on this site. The current site is compromised and needs immediate attention. We will ensure the new site is built on a secure foundation, addressing all current vulnerabilities and implementing best practices to keep everything safe and protected moving forward. We will also do our best to recover and migrate the existing content from the current site wherever possible.
Pages Indexed By Google
TriArt Hardwoods currently has 229 pages indexed by Google, but only about 90 of those are relevant, non-duplicated pages. During pre-development, our team will review each page before incorporating into the new site experience, and recommend transitioning any low value content (tag pages, categories, filler or poorly tailored local pages) into better versions or removal.
The Big Goal:
Rebuild TriArt Hardwoods on a secure, fast, well-structured Octane site that resolves the current malware and speed issues, consolidates and cleans up bloated page count, and restores their search rankings and lead flow.

Scope of Work
This engagement includes the strategy, design, and development of your new site experience, along with the initial buildout of key page types and content needed to support launch.
Timeline Of An Evolve Build
Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach
Based on our discussion and the current state of your site, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is similar in content to your current website, but that can be quickly moved forward as new content is created between our two teams.
This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.
Build
Typical Timeline: 4-6 Weeks
Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.
Launch
Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks
As soon as the site is in a place where we have content equivalence, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to re-index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.
Refine
If And As Needed
Now that the site is live, we can optionally focus on adding additional concepts to the site experience, such as a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography from your team and deeper details on what makes your business stand out.
