Stewart Leadership
Website Design & Development
Summary
Stewart Leadership has built a strong library of thought leadership content that continues to support the brand's credibility, authority, and search visibility.
While that content remains a valuable asset, the technical foundation supporting it is beginning to create challenges around performance, scalability, and maintenance.
That's why we're proposing a Performance Upgrade - a build type that preserves the design, content, and experience your audience already knows while rebuilding the foundation underneath it.
The result is a faster, healthier website that is easier to manage, better positioned for future growth, and ready to support both SEO and AI search opportunities.
Site Goals
- Preserves your existing design and content while improving performance, SEO, and security
- Creates a faster, more reliable experience for every visitor
- Builds a scalable foundation ready for future SEO, marketing, and AI-search initiatives
The Big Challenges We Plan To Solve For
Site Speed and Codebase
Stewart Leadership's current mobile score of 67/100 is actively working against the site. It's dragging on rankings, frustrating mobile visitors, and likely costing traffic today. Rebuilding the foundation on Octane is the fastest path to a healthier score and a faster site.
Setting The Foundation For Success
An outdated website can quietly undermine credibility, even when the underlying business is strong. As part of our work together, we will set the stage for modernizing the look and feel of the site to better reflect the quality, professionalism, and relevance of Stewart Leadership when you are ready. This will include updating visual patterns, layout systems, and interactions to create a cleaner, more confident experience that aligns with current user expectations while remaining flexible enough to evolve over time.
Pages Indexed By Google
Stewart Leadership has built a substantial content library over the years, with 1,200 pages currently indexed by Google.
Our review identified a total of 652 pages, 67 being core website pages and 584 blog articles contributing to the site's overall search footprint.
As part of the pre-development process, we'll evaluate existing content to determine what should be preserved, improved, consolidated, or retired. The goal is to protect the value of the content that is driving visibility while creating a cleaner, more intentional content structure that supports both user experience and future search performance.
The Big Goal:
Provide Stewart Leadership with a faster, more stable platform that preserves the existing experience while improving performance and supporting long-term growth.

Timeline Of An Evolve Build
Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach
Based on our discussion and the current state of your site, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is similar in content to your current website, but that can be quickly moved forward as new content is created between our two teams.
This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.
Build
Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks
Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.
Launch
Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks
As soon as the site is in a place where we have content equivalence, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to re-index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.
Refine
If And As Needed
Now that the site is live, we can optionally focus on adding additional concepts to the site experience, such as a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography from your team and deeper details on what makes your business stand out.
