Summary

Sansara is entering a more focused stage of growth around commercial cool roof coatings in Georgia and the Southeast. The current two-page website provides a basic presence, but it does not yet support Sansara's two core audiences: roofing contractors looking for products and technical information, and building owners who need education around roof restoration and a clear path to engage.

The website needs to better communicate Sansara's expertise, improve how visitors navigate to relevant information, support lead generation, and create a foundation that can expand with additional products, resources, and capabilities over time.

Two paths are being considered:

Performance Upgrade - Migrate the existing website to Octane with no redesign or major restructuring, providing a stronger technical platform, ongoing support, and the ability for Sansara to expand the site over time.

Evolve - Build a more intentional website experience around Sansara's audiences and growth strategy, including a new homepage, expanded site structure, product and technical resources, educational content, lead pathways, and a scalable Octane foundation.

Website Migration to Octane

DynamiX will migrate Sansara's existing two-page website from its current platform into Octane. The Performance Upgrade is designed as a one-to-one migration rather than a redesign, preserving the existing website's core content, structure, and visual direction while moving the site onto DynamiX's proprietary website platform. The result is a familiar website experience backed by a substantially stronger platform from which Sansara can begin building.

Technical & Search Foundation

Once migrated, Sansara will gain access to Octane's performance, accessibility, website-management, SEO, and AI-assisted tools. Octane provides greater visibility into items such as page titles, URLs, metadata, content structure, and other website best practices while giving Sansara the ability to manage and improve content directly. This creates a stronger technical foundation for continued search and AI discoverability efforts without requiring Sansara to rebuild the entire website immediately.

Training, Support & Future Expansion

The Performance Upgrade gives Sansara direct access to the Octane CMS along with ongoing Octane training and DynamiX support. Sansara will be able to make updates, create content, and begin expanding the website as the business evolves, with the DynamiX team available to assist through included monthly support.

This provides Sansara with a lower-investment path to establish a stronger website foundation today, while maintaining the flexibility to expand content, functionality, and site structure as the business grows.

Strategy & Structure

The Evolve build will create a new website foundation around Sansara's business goals, rather than simply expanding the current two-page site. The project will include sitemap development, navigation, page hierarchy, calls to action, and clear user journeys for Sansara's two primary audiences: commercial building owners/facility decision-makers and roofing contractors.

The anticipated site will include up to approximately 10 core pages, with the final sitemap established collaboratively at the start of the project. The structure will also be designed to support future products, markets, resources, and capabilities as Sansara grows.

Content & Messaging

Sansara will provide and own the written content for the website, including company information, product details, educational material, technical resources, and other source content needed for the approved site structure.

Sansara will also provide applicable product documentation, manufacturer materials, video content, logos, brand assets, and any specific imagery it would like incorporated into the site.

Throughout the project, DynamiX will provide guidance on content organization, clarity, calls to action, SEO, and AI discoverability. Octane AI will also be available to help Sansara draft, refine, expand, and optimize content within the platform.

Sanjay's industry and technical experience will be incorporated into the site as an important credibility component, helping communicate the expertise behind Sansara and its approach to cool roof technologies.

Design & User Experience

A new homepage and supporting interior-page experience will establish a more professional, visual, and technically credible presence for Sansara. The design will incorporate commercial roofing imagery, product and application visuals, educational storytelling, key benefits, and clear audience-specific calls to action.

Contractors will have direct paths to products, technical information, documentation, and opportunities to contact Sansara regarding product or project needs. Building owners will receive a more educational journey focused on cool roof restoration, proactive roof management, and the potential value of reflective coating systems.

Sansara-provided video content will be integrated into the site where appropriate, helping create a more visual and educational experience.

Products, Resources & Lead Generation

The website will include dedicated structures for Sansara's products and technical resources, including product overviews, application information, certifications, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer-provided documentation.

Audience-specific calls to action and lead-capture forms will be incorporated throughout the site so contractors and building owners have clear ways to connect with Sansara based on their needs.

Reusable layouts will also be established for future articles, FAQs, educational resources, project examples, and additional products. Product pricing and direct e-commerce are not included in the initial experience, allowing Sansara to maintain a consultative sales process while making relevant product information easy to access.

Octane, Migration & Ongoing Growth

Relevant content from the existing website will be reviewed and incorporated into the new site where appropriate, with existing URLs migrated or redirected to support a clean transition.

The completed website will be built on Octane and follow best practices for performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, metadata, SEO, and ongoing site management. Prior to launch, the site will be tested across responsive layouts, links, forms, redirects, and core functionality.

Sansara will receive Octane training and ongoing support, along with access to Octane's AI-assisted and content-management tools.

Future capabilities such as CRM integrations, payment functionality, expanded geographic content, and additional product lines can be scoped separately as Sansara's needs develop. Ongoing marketing, CRM implementation, e-commerce/payment processing, and content creation are not included in the initial Evolve scope.

The Evolve process includes development of Sansara's new site structure, visual experience, and expanded page set. Timing will depend on Sansara's delivery of content and materials, along with feedback and approval cycles throughout the project.
