Premier Hotel Corporation is a full-service hospitality firm that has been offering hotel development, management, and advisory services in the United States since 1996. William D. Bowen founded the company and has since built an amazing career and reputation as an industry leader with a 53 year track record that spans across 135 national, and international, properties.

As the business evolves to focus on his two sons, a new website is needed to re-establish Premier Hotel Corporation's online presence and position the business as a leader in the hospitality industry. With new content and a modernized design, the new site will reflect the company's level of professionalism and success, while telling a compelling story that engages users and promotes building a relationship with your team.

Given your site's current state and the difficulty in managing the Wix experience, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is similar in content to your current site experience, but that can be quickly moved forward as new content is created between our two teams. Octane's Site Styler allows for sweeping changes to the look and feel of the site experience, as well as smaller, nuance changes where appropriate. This tool is faster and more nimble than any Wordpress or similar builder out there.

Our exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.

Audit Trail

We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.

  • Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
  • Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
  • Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Leveraging Native Assets

We will utilize built in capabilities called "Native Assets" that our designers will style according to your brand guidelines. Our layout library has over 150 layouts and themes that you will have at your disposal for any and all content needs. This comprehensive set of assets gives your team the option to diversify content and create engaging pages without redundancy. The new website will have options for various content layouts, such as multi column lists, icon columns, and full width elements. Additionally, our image galleries, interactive image maps, and video grids give your team an opportunity to use visual elements to capture your audience.

Site Styler Tool

In addition to the vast array of layout options at your disposal, we will grant your team access to our Site Styler Tool, which allows you to make both sweeping changes to the site design, as well as smaller detailed variations on a page-by-page basis. At the beginning of the project, our designers will style your site based on your stated goals and guidelies; however, we want to give you the freedom to add your own personal touch whenever you would like.

Telling A Story

As soon as the new site is live, our content specialist will meet with you to brainstorm where the business is headed. Based on that time, we will draft content that aligns with your brand identity and tells a compelling story of how Premier Hotel Corporation will help its target audience, and leveraging the company's history alongside a view to the future.

Included in this proposal is new copy for your home page, as well as site wide recommendations for telling your unique story. If additional content is needed, our content strategist can provide a quote based on how many pages are needed.

Additional Custom Pieces

Presently, there is no need for complex features, as the site is small and content is minimal. However, as your company and online presence grows, we can regroup, brainstorm, and scope additional features if desired. These features can include the interactive locations map with zip code search, image mapper, before/after slider, and more. If any form integrations are required, these will also be scoped as part of the additional custom development.

Layout Store Inclusion

Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 150 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.
