Poly Vinyl
Website Design & Development
Summary
Poly Vinyl has more than 60 years of history, deep engineering expertise, significant manufacturing capacity, and a team known for solving complex extrusion challenges. The current website does not reflect that story, the scale of the organization, or the value Poly Vinyl provides to its customers.
The new website will establish a stronger digital foundation that clearly communicates Poly Vinyl's "Goldilocks zone"—large and capable enough to support complex, high-volume manufacturing programs, but focused and responsive enough to care about the details.
The experience will make the company easier to understand at a high level while giving engineers and technical buyers the ability to explore its materials, tooling, processes, quality systems, and manufacturing capabilities in greater depth.
Site Goals
- Clearly communicate Poly Vinyl's scale, technical expertise, and ability to support customers from early-stage design through high-volume production.
- Expand the custom extrusion story so business leaders can quickly understand the value while engineers can explore the technical details they need.
- Create a stronger foundation for generating new OEM opportunities, re-engaging existing customers, and expanding into more diverse industries.
The Big Goal:
Build a modern B2B website that makes Poly Vinyl feel as capable online as it is in practice—translating its engineering expertise, manufacturing strength, and personal approach into a clear story that supports long-term growth.
The Big Challenges We Plan To Solve For
Site Speed and Codebase
Poly Vinyl's current mobile performance score of 57/100 indicates opportunities to improve site speed, usability, and the technical foundation supporting search visibility.
Modernizing the Look & Feel
An outdated website can quietly undermine credibility, even when the underlying business is strong. As part of our work together, we will modernize the look and feel of the site to better reflect the quality, professionalism, and relevance of Poly Vinyl today. This includes updating visual patterns, layout systems, and interactions to create a cleaner, more confident experience that aligns with current user expectations while remaining flexible enough to evolve over time.
Pages Indexed By Google
Google currently indexed 5 pages from the Poly Vinyl website. During pre-development, DynamiX will review the existing footprint, determine which content should be retained or improved, and establish the appropriate redirects as the expanded site structure is introduced.

Scope of Work
Timeline Of An Evolve Build
Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach
Based on our discussion and the current state of the website, our aim is to quickly establish a stronger core experience that improves the current content and introduces the priority stories outlined within this scope. The new foundation can then continue to grow as additional content, photography, and technical resources are developed.
This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.
Build
Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks
Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.
Launch
Typical Timeline: 2 Weeks
As soon as the site is in a place where we have content equivalence, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to re-index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.
Refine
If And As Needed
Now that the site is live, we can optionally focus on adding additional concepts to the site experience, such as a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography from your team and deeper details on what makes your business stand out.
