Site Speed
The site suffers from a myriad of issues which can negatively impact site experience for visitors, as well as organic (unpaid) rankings as well as performance in paid advertising. Because of your expressed concern with site rankings in search results, it is critical we improve page speed, accessibility, and best practices on your website. These are all technical SEO factors and are crucial in Google's decision to view and rank your website. By migrating your website into Octane, we will reduce unused code, restructure the navigation based on user experience best practices, and build each layout fully responsive to mobile devices. These changes should positively influence your organic ranking in results (along with improved website security).
Site Security: URGENT
According to Sucuri, a 3rd party security scanning tool, the site is infected with malware and poses a very high security risk due to the malicious code found. This malicious code is a sign that you have been hacked which requires immediate action. A few examples, of pages that have been hacked, include: Roofing, Testimonials, and your Home page. These, in addition to others, are redirecting to https://nowordshere.org/bjz!khVv. Many other pages have been affected, but the Sucuri scan is unable to scan the page due to a warning-connection/timeout error. This means the page took so long to load that the security tool was unable to connect to your webserver in time to scan the page. In addition to your website being hacked, there is no website monitoring or firewall, which should be put in place as a basic security measure moving forward.
Site Content & SEO
We will carry over all indexed content, as well as SEO title tags and meta descriptions, as it currently exists on the website. During our pre-development phase, after the initial launch, DynamiX will utilize our expertise in user experience and website best practices to create a new site structure that provides the best user experience. During this stage of the project, we will make recommendations for organizing your content on key pages, such as the homepage, so that you can make it easy, and enjoyable, for site visitors to read through your content.
During our initial conversations, you named SEO as a priority for the new website. DynamiX knows the ins and outs of SEO essentials like page SEO titles, metadata, image alt tags and page structure, all of which are attached to your site's pages and are used by Google to understand your site, even when users don't always see them. To make sure your SEO content and text is targeting current search trends in your industry, DynamiX will perform SEO research to inform a well-designed keyword strategy. Your text will meet users where they're at. If you choose to pursue a full rewrite of SEO data on all pages, our content strategist can provide an estimate.

External Platforms
To maintain consistency with the current website, DynamiX will make it possible to link externally to your BuilderTrend Login Portal, so that users can access their accounts. Futhermore, we will utilize embed layouts that allow for the use of third party scripts, so that we can migrate your Google Reviews, Enhancify financing estimator, and Pay Online feature. The inclusion of these features on the new site is entirely dependent on your team supplying documentation in the form of an embed or external link.
Octane Form Builder
You can add form fields, choose submissions recipients, and integrate with Google Sheets for easy management of forms, such as your Contact form and Careers application. If you would like to integrate directly with BuilderTrend, we will need to see documentation before proving a quote for scope of work.
SEO Explorer
Our SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out
issues on pages across the website. This allows you to monitor your SEO health on the site, assign SEO data to each page, and apply page-specific tracking codes for various marketing campaigns and tracking purposes.

Layout Store Inclusion
Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 150 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.
