The current experience, located at https://www.iheartmedia.com/advertise does not fully communicate that story with the size or depth the business deserves.
Today, the primary advertising experience is concentrated within Audio Facts and Case Studies, while competitors use significantly deeper content ecosystems to address different audiences, services, questions, and stages of the buying process. The experience is also divided between a homegrown national platform and remaining Drupal market sites, creating fragmentation across technology, content, measurement, and the customer journey.
This is an opportunity to do more than move the website and add a fresh coat of paint. Instead we aim to create a new B2B focused experience that consolidates the legacy market experiences, expands the depth of the advertising story, and creates more relevant paths for national advertisers, national agencies, independent agencies, and small business owners.
The new site will give iHeartMedia Advertising a stronger foundation for storytelling, personalization, local relevance, publishing, testing, analytics, lead generation, and long-term growth, while giving the internal team greater control over routine updates and campaigns.

The Big Challenges We Plan to Solve
Site Speed and Codebase
The current iHeartMedia Advertising site is failing its Core Web Vitals assessment and has a mobile performance score of 31/100. While the site performs well in accessibility, best practices, and SEO, its overall speed creates unnecessary friction for visitors and can affect engagement, conversion, organic visibility, and paid traffic performance.
The challenge extends beyond the performance score. The national advertising experience currently runs on a homegrown platform, while several legacy market sites remain tied to Drupal. This fragmented environment makes the experience more difficult to maintain, improve, measure, and scale as the site continues to grow.
Moving the advertising experience to Octane will give iHeartMedia a cleaner, faster, and more modern foundation. Performance, mobile usability, schema, analytics, redirects, security, and future content growth will be considered from the beginning rather than added after launch.
The goal is to create a faster, cleaner, and more stable advertising experience that supports stronger engagement, better conversion, and a digital presence more representative of the iHeartMedia brand.
Modernizing the Look & Feel
The current site has strong proof points, but the experience does not yet feel as large, modern, or dynamic as the iHeartMedia Advertising brand.
As part of this work, we will modernize the look and feel of the B2B advertising experience so the site feels more confident, credible, and current. This includes stronger visual hierarchy, cleaner layouts, better content flow, more engaging proof points, and a more intentional path from education to conversion.
The goal is not just to make the site look better. The goal is to make the iHeartMedia Advertising story easier to understand and more compelling to act on.
Pages Indexed by Google
Google currently shows approximately 224 pages indexed for iHeartMedia Advertising footprint. That includes 2 core content pages, approximately 55 article pages, and the remaining being legacy location pages that remain indexed from the previous site structure.
During pre-development, our team will review the full indexed footprint and recommend which pages should be migrated, improved, consolidated, redirected, or removed. The legacy location pages will be an important part of that review to ensure valuable search equity is protected without carrying unnecessary or outdated content into the new experience.
The goal is not to move every indexed page into the new site by default. It is to preserve valuable content while cleaning up outdated, duplicated, thin, or poorly aligned pages so Google, AI search tools, and advertisers have a clearer understanding of iHeartMedia Advertising's story.

Because of our existing relationship with iHeartMedia and the opportunity to continue growing that partnership, DynamiX is offering the full project at a preferred flat investment of $100,000.
This reduced investment does not reduce the scope, level of involvement, or capabilities included. iHeartMedia will receive the full DynamiX Custom build and the advantages of the Octane platform, including hands-on migration, Cloudflare architecture support, audience-specific experiences, A/B and scheduled testing, AI-assisted content tools, role-based publishing, redirect management, analytics, schema and SEO tools, training, and launch support.
Our goal is to deliver more than a website redesign. This investment creates a flexible advertising platform that iHeartMedia's marketing and web teams can continue publishing into, personalizing, testing, and improving long after launch.
