HIPnation is an Atlanta based healthcare solution that works with individuals and employers to ensure customers get the best care possible. Their intentional and unique delivery model was developed by physicians and has been designed specifically for the personalized relationship between patient and provider.

With personalized and accessible care, better health outcomes, and a focus on patient relationships, patients feel like there is a "doctor in the family." To highlight these key differentiators and position HIPnation as a leader in the industry, a new website is needed. DynamiX will design and develop an interactive, engaging website that improves user experience and serves as a basis for future growth.

Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach

Based on our discussion and the current state of your site, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is similar in content to your current website, but that can be quickly moved forward as new content is created between our two teams.

This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.

Build

Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.

Launch

As soon as the site is in a place where we have content equivalence, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to re-index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.

Refine

Now that the site is live, we will focus on adding additional concepts to the site experience including a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography from your team and deeper details on what makes your business stand out.

Site Content

The current website has a lot of usable content and imagery on internal pages, which our team will migrate and place into more interactive, well-designed layouts to engage and impress website visitors. For the homepage, however, new content is needed in order to tell a captivating story about who you are and how you can help. As part of the website development project, DynamiX will collaborate with your team to draft new content for the homepage. The goal is to explain how you are different, how you can help, and why patients should choose you over competitors. Our content specialist will meet with you to uncover goals and differentiators, so that he can best write content that showcases HIPnation.

A brand new feature of our Octane software is the new Layout Store. This technology is designed to allow your team to add new features to the site without needing our support, both to fill in small gaps in areas and for broader and more interesting capabilities. As part of our work together on the new site, our team will integrate all current Layout Store layouts into the new site, currently over 150 components which can be utilized by our team or yours to continue expanding the site well into the future.

SEO Explorer

Our exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.

Audit Trail

We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.

Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Content Migration & New Homepage

DynamiX will migrate all current URLs, along with the accompanying text and imagery. This will ensure your team does not lose valuable content during the new site build process. Additionally, our content specialist will meet with your team to formalize your goals, key differentiators, and then create new homepage content accordingly. Engaging, well articulated homepage copy is crucial for a good website. If additional copy, or SEO data, is needed post-launch, we would be happy to quote a separate copywriting project.

Leveraging Native Assets

Our team has gone through your site, identifying layouts and features that can be created using our native Octane assets. To reduce costs for your team, we will utilize these built in capabilities, such as our many content and image layouts, call to actions, columned lists, and more in areas where appropriate.

Discussion Surrounding Doctors Content

In our last meeting, you expressed that physicians info was not important, and that you did not want visitors to be finding the site or physicians this way. Let's discuss if this is still the case, or if we should bring these more into focus!

Octane as a Presentation Engine

We discussed how our team leverages Octane for presentations (for example https://octane.software/ai), and we see substantial benefit in a similar approach for your team. Note that we didn't quote this as a separate site under a subdomain, but we can accomplish this if desired under a separate cost.

A Discussion About Forms

We discussed during our conversations together what a barrier the current form experience is, and as part of this conversation would love to guide you on how to make this a smoother and more integrated process, ideally with a stronger set of measurables. You currently use Monday.com for these forms, and we will review with you the best way to make this more intuitive.

Additional Custom Pieces

While most of your content fits perfectly in our native assets, there are a few custom components that will need to be designed and developed by our team as a part of this project, such as a filterable provider grid that allows you to categorize providers by location and other characteristics. If any additional integrations are required, these will also be scoped as part of the additional custom development.

Layout Store Inclusion

Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 150 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.

This layout will be built with a functionality designed to allow you to easily add and update providers within the site experience, alongside exposing their personalities. On these pages, you will be able to add contact information, office hours, a biography, and information that patients may want to know when choosing a provider.

Third Party Forms

In the healthcare industry, patient privacy is essential. Because of this, your website utilizes specific third party forms that collect personal information in a secure way. The new site will have the capability to maintain the current flow by linking externally to your existing forms and subdomains. This means you will not have to reinvent the wheel for your important forms.
