Digital Growth: Search, Maps & AI Visibility
A simple monthly program to keep an Atlanta brand built since 1964 easy to find on Google, Google Maps and AI search, and to bring in the right customers.
Summary
Gibbs Landscape Co. has built a strong reputation and has put real work into its website, content and wider digital presence. But that work has often been split among internal staff, vendors and technology partners, with no single team owning the full strategy and answering for the results.
Meanwhile, the way people search has changed a lot. Homeowners and commercial property managers don't just run a Google search anymore. They also use Google Maps, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other platforms to ask detailed questions, look at portfolios, compare providers and decide who to call for a consultation.
Gibbs does not need another audit or another vendor handing over isolated recommendations. Gibbs needs a clear roadmap, hands-on execution and one accountable team to decide what matters most, do the work, coordinate the people involved, measure results honestly and keep adjusting the plan.
DynamiX proposes to be that team.
DynamiX will be Gibbs' lead strategy and execution partner for organic digital growth. We will build the roadmap, set priorities, lead content development, protect and improve the website, and strengthen visibility across Google Search, Google Maps and AI. We will also improve conversion, coordinate with the relevant partners and report clearly on results and work performed.
We will start with the fundamentals. We will protect what is working, fix weak spots in the digital foundation, and only scale strategies that are accurate, useful, distinctive and sustainable. We will not create pages, content, links, listings or other assets just to check a box or chase a ranking. If something does not make Gibbs more useful, more credible, or easier for the right client to find and choose, we should not do it.
Traffic and rankings alone will not measure success. The goal is to grow qualified visibility across Search, Maps and AI, and to turn more of it into measurable leads. Where attribution allows, we will also track signed projects, maintenance agreements and revenue.
In practice, DynamiX will be the quarterback for the program. Gibbs will have one team that sees the whole field, decides what happens next, organizes the right resources, does the highest-value work and keeps the program moving.
Where You Are Today
A strong brand, a thin footprint online
Your starting point, from our first site check and research on Oct 28 and our conversation. Numbers marked (est.) are estimates from our research tools. They're a baseline to measure against, not a forecast.
- ~900 search terms your site shows up for (est.), down about 10% on the latest reading
- Mostly brand: most of those are people searching your name, with little reach for service searches
- #1 for “landscape company” and “commercial landscape design” (est.)
- 86% site health score: 100 pages checked, 23 errors and 190 warnings
- 60% page speed score (est.); this needs work
- 31 / 100 AI visibility score, with 42 mentions in AI answers (est.); this is low
What's Working
- Over 50 years in Atlanta (since 1964), over 300 awards, and the Consumers' Choice Award 23 years in a row. That is the kind of trust Google and AI tools look for.
- A strong commercial position already, plus an active Google Business Profile with regular posts, and a site on Octane, our platform, so we can make changes directly.
What's Holding You Back
- No page for each service. Your services are sections on two pages, residential and commercial, so you don't show up yet for big service searches like “landscape design” and “hardscape.”
- No page for the markets you want to win: Roswell, Duluth, Marietta, Alpharetta, Milton, Buckhead and Brookhaven.
- Technical clean-up: duplicate descriptions on 20 pages, duplicate titles on 2, very little text on 87 pages, basic schema, and no file to help AI tools read the site.
- Older blog: about 100 of the 118 posts were last updated in 2021 or earlier. Seasonal how-to posts bring visits but few buyers. And, as you mentioned, no SEO work on the site to date.
Where the Opening Is
Show up more often for non-brand searches and in AI answers.
Our research shows the clearest opening in commercial and HOA maintenance, hardscape, and design and installation, and in the markets you want to win most: Roswell, Duluth, Marietta and Alpharetta first, then Milton, Buckhead and Brookhaven.
The Big Goal:
Build a coordinated digital growth system that increases Gibbs' qualified visibility across Search, Maps and AI, and turns more of that visibility into measurable leads and revenue.
Scope of Work
Getting Started
Access we need
We keep this short on purpose. Three logins, plus a few things only your team can give us.
Logins (manager or full access)
- Google Search Console. We're checking whether we already have it through your Octane site. If not, we'll send a simple invite request.
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Business Profile
From your team
- Your services ranked by profit, not just volume
- Your photo library (projects by neighborhood helps most)
- Quick approvals from you (about 5 business days), so work keeps moving
Not included
We don't run or manage paid ads. Our work makes the site perform better for free (organic) search traffic, which also benefits any paid traffic you run. Also not included: photography and video, social media management, a full redesign, and major custom development. No outside costs without your approval.
90-Day Plan
Days 1–30: Baseline, Protect & Prioritize
Review the website, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profiles, content, existing URLs, redirects, local visibility, reviews, available lead data and current partner activity.
Set the baseline, initial roadmap, 90-day priorities, visibility benchmarks, attribution approach and coordination across partners. Identify and protect existing search value before making significant changes. We'll handle urgent issues where practical.
Days 31–60: Strengthen the Foundation
Fix the highest-risk and highest-return foundation issues found during onboarding.
Priorities may include redirects, indexing, existing content, internal linking, schema, Google Business Profiles, listing cleanup, attribution, site performance and conversion paths.
Days 61–90: Controlled Growth
Start expanding the strongest opportunities, timed to the seasonal demand cycle where possible. That means distinctive service and location content, resources that answer real client questions, project showcases, Google Maps improvements, authority building, and conversion improvements backed by the data.
By day 90, Gibbs will have clear baselines, a working monthly rhythm, better attribution and a prioritized pipeline of growth opportunities.
Investment
This engagement includes strategy, monthly prioritization, SEO and AEO, technical SEO, content, Google Maps and local search, reviews, conversion improvements, analytics, reporting, roadmap reviews, and coordination with Gibbs' marketing partners and approved resources. Gibbs’ existing Octane platform and support agreement will continue separately.
Paid media, third-party subscriptions, major custom development, full website redesigns, photography/video, and ongoing social media management are excluded unless separately approved.
