Fetter Health Care Network is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides high-quality health care services in Berkeley, Charleston, as well as Colleton and Dorchester counties. The organization is led by a board of directors consisting of patients, civic leaders, and healthcare providers. Together they ensure the Fetter Healthcare Network team adheres to their stated mission of delivering timely, comprehensive, and quality health services.

The company's vision is to "be recognized locally, regionally, and nationally as a progressive model of health care that works to eliminate health disparities." To showcase their services, differentiate from competitors, and reach a wide population, Fetter Healthcare Network needs an updated website to replace their current, outdated online presence.

Our exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.

We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.

  • Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
  • Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
  • Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Pre-Development 

During our initial conversations, we uncovered numerous low value pages, many of which use "lorem ipsum" content. During the pre-development stage of the project, our team will restructure the navigation, suggest useful content flows for key pages, and tidy up the URLs currently on the website. Once we concluded our URL audits, we will move over all URLs, along with all accompanying content/imagery, into the new site experience, so that you do not lose any SEO value.

While no copywriting or marketing services are included in this proposal, as discussed on our first call, we can happily connect you to one of our many copywriting, marketing, and SEO companies. Many of our clients team up with third party companies to achieve broad, or very specific, goals related to marketing and SEO.

Our software, Octane, makes it easy to generate new content utilizing our proprietary OctaneAI tool. Included in this proposal is unlimited access to OctaneAI, which will allow you to generate new copy for any page on your site, as well as SEO meta descriptions and title tags. If further content is needed, our content strategist can provide a quote based on the desired number of pages and scope of work.

Leveraging Native Assets

To reduce costs and expedite your project timeline, we will utilize built in capabilities called "Native Assets." These include layouts, such as a CTA bar, multi column list, content and image, image galleries, and more. Your project manager will place your new content into these native assets and your designer will style them according to your brand guidelines.

Additional Custom Pieces

Our team will design and develop custom features, in addition to the styled native assets, to be used on the more complex aspects of your website. Custom pieces include a zip code based map, a filterable team grid with biography pages, app feature, and home hero.

Layout Store Inclusion

Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 150 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.
