Summary

Estes has made meaningful investments in its website, technical performance, content, local pages, Google Business Profiles, and broader digital presence. However, the work has been spread across internal resources, agencies, freelancers, and technology partners without one team owning the complete strategy and remaining accountable for the result.

At the same time, the search landscape has changed dramatically. Customers are no longer relying only on traditional Google searches. They are also using Google Maps, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other platforms to ask detailed questions, evaluate providers, compare options, and decide who to call.

Estes does not need another audit or another vendor providing isolated recommendations. Estes needs a clear roadmap, hands-on execution, and one accountable team that can determine what matters most, perform the work, coordinate the different parties involved, measure the results honestly, and continually adjust the plan.

DynamiX proposes to become that team.

DynamiX will serve as Estes' lead strategic and execution partner for organic digital growth. We will establish the roadmap, set priorities, lead content development, improve the website, strengthen Google Search, Google Maps, and AI visibility, improve conversion, coordinate with relevant partners, and provide clear reporting on both results and work performed.

In practical terms, DynamiX will serve as the quarterback for the program. Estes will have one team responsible for seeing the entire field, determining what should happen next, organizing the right resources, and keeping the program moving forward.

From Foundation to Growth

Estes has built the foundation. The next step is bringing strategy, content, technology, visibility and measurement together into one coordinated growth system.

The Opportunity

Estes has already completed important foundational work. The website is operating on Octane, its technical health and speed have improved, URLs have been reorganized, redirects have been implemented, and service and location page development is underway.

The next step is to bring these activities together into one coordinated system.

The engagement will focus on improving the entire path from customer discovery to lead generation:

Visibility → Traffic → Leads → Market Share → Work Performed

The objective is not simply to recover every website visit Estes previously received. Some historical traffic came from informational pages that were not closely connected to Estes' core services.

The more important goal is to increase qualified visibility for the services and geographic markets that matter most, and then turn more of that visibility into phone calls, form submissions, scheduled appointments, and ultimately revenue.

DynamiX’s Role

DynamiX will take primary responsibility for the organic growth program, including:

  • Search and Answer Engine Optimization strategy
  • Google Maps and local search
  • Search-focused content strategy, writing, editing, and publishing
  • Service and location page development
  • Technical SEO and website health
  • Website architecture, redirects, schema, and internal linking
  • Website conversion optimization
  • Review and reputation strategy
  • Analytics, call attribution, and lead tracking
  • Competitive visibility and market-share measurement
  • Monthly prioritization, execution, and reporting

The program will not divide the monthly investment equally among a fixed list of activities. Each month, DynamiX will determine where its resources can create the most value based on the data, Estes' business priorities, seasonality, competitive activity, and current performance.

One month may focus heavily on technical issues, redirects, or legacy content. Another may emphasize location pages, Google Maps, conversion improvements, reviews, AI-focused content, or authority building.

DynamiX will be responsible for determining the priorities and clearly explaining why they matter.

Content Leadership

DynamiX will assume primary responsibility for Estes' search-focused website content.

This includes research, strategy, writing, editing, optimization, publishing, internal linking, performance measurement, and ongoing improvement.

Content will not be created merely to satisfy a monthly blog quota. Each new or revised piece will be connected to a specific business objective, such as:

  • Supporting a priority service
  • Increasing visibility in an important market
  • Answering a valuable customer question
  • Improving visibility in AI search
  • Strengthening a service or location content cluster
  • Recovering valuable historical visibility
  • Improving conversion from an existing page
  • Supporting a seasonal or competitive opportunity

Estes may continue using selected freelancers or specialized resources when appropriate. However, those resources will work within the roadmap, standards, briefs, and priorities established by DynamiX.

DynamiX will remain accountable for the final work.

Initial 90-Day Plan

First 30 Days: Baseline and Roadmap

DynamiX will review the website, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profiles, content, legacy URLs and redirects, local visibility, reviews, call data, current vendors, and overall performance.

This initial phase will establish:

  • A validated performance baseline
  • A 12-month strategic roadmap and detailed 90-day implementation plan
  • Prioritized technical issues and content/page opportunities
  • Google Maps, local search, and AI visibility benchmarks
  • An attribution and call-tracking plan
  • Clear responsibilities across DynamiX, Estes, iHeart, and any remaining outside resources

Urgent issues identified during this phase will be addressed immediately where practical rather than held for a later audit.

Days 31–60: Stabilize and Improve

DynamiX will begin addressing the highest-risk and highest-return opportunities. These may include redirect and indexing issues, legacy content, priority service pages, internal linking, schema, Google Business Profiles, review generation, calls to action, forms, and tracking.

Days 61–90: Build the Growth Engine

DynamiX will begin expanding the strongest opportunities through priority service and location content, AI-focused resources, local authority building, Google Maps initiatives, conversion improvements, and coordinated landing-page recommendations.

At the end of the first 90 days, Estes will have a working growth program, an organized content engine, clearer attribution, and a prioritized pipeline of future work.
