Digital Growth: Search and AI Visibility
Built on sound fundamentals.
Measured by business impact.
Summary
Estes has made meaningful investments in its website, technical performance, content, local pages, Google Business Profiles, and broader digital presence. However, the work has been spread across internal resources, agencies, freelancers, and technology partners without one team owning the complete strategy and remaining accountable for results.
At the same time, the search landscape has changed dramatically. Customers are no longer relying only on traditional Google searches. They are also using Google Maps, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other platforms to ask detailed questions, evaluate providers, compare options, and decide who to call.
Estes does not need another audit or another vendor providing isolated recommendations. Estes needs a clear roadmap, hands-on execution, and one accountable team that can determine what matters most, perform the work, coordinate the different parties involved, measure results honestly, and continually adjust the plan.
DynamiX proposes to become that team.
DynamiX will serve as Estes' lead strategic and execution partner for organic digital growth. We will establish the roadmap, set priorities, lead content development, protect and improve the website, strengthen visibility across Google Search, Google Maps, and AI, improve conversion, coordinate with relevant partners, and provide clear reporting on results and work performed.
Our approach will be fundamentals first. We will protect what is working, strengthen weaknesses in the digital foundation, and only scale strategies that are accurate, useful, differentiated, and sustainable. We will not create pages, content, links, listings, or other assets simply to check a box or chase a ranking. If something does not make Estes more useful, credible, or easier for the right customer to find and choose, we should not do it.
Success will not be measured by traffic or rankings alone. The objective is to increase qualified visibility across Search, Maps, and AI and turn more of that visibility into measurable leads and, where attribution allows, booked business and revenue.
In practical terms, DynamiX will serve as the quarterback for the program. Estes will have one team responsible for seeing the entire field, determining what should happen next, organizing the right resources, executing the highest-value work, and keeping the program moving forward.
From Foundation to Growth
Estes has built the foundation. The next step is bringing strategy, content, technology, visibility and measurement together into one coordinated growth system.
The Opportunity
Estes has already made meaningful progress across website performance, URL structure, redirects, and service and location content.
The next step is bringing those efforts together into one coordinated growth system focused on qualified visibility, stronger lead generation, and measurable business impact — not simply recovering every visitor Estes had in the past.
DynamiX’s Role
DynamiX will take primary responsibility for Estes' organic digital growth roadmap, connecting Search, Maps, AI visibility, content, technical performance, conversion and measurement under one strategy.
Priorities will shift as the data changes. Our job is not to execute a predetermined SEO checklist. Our job is to determine where the greatest opportunities and risks are, allocate resources accordingly, and be accountable for moving the program forward.
The DynamiX Standard
Protect what works. Fix the foundation. Scale only what deserves to be scaled.
DynamiX will not chase rankings with shortcuts or create content simply to increase page count. Every recommendation should make Estes' digital presence more accurate, useful, authoritative and sustainable.
Before making significant changes to URLs, site architecture, important legacy content, local profiles or other established assets, we will understand the existing data and equity first.
If we cannot create something that is genuinely useful to a prospective Estes customer, we should not create it.
The Big Goal:
Build a coordinated digital growth system that increases Estes' qualified visibility across Search, Maps and AI, and turns more of that visibility into measurable leads and revenue.
Scope of Work
Monthly Operating Rhythm
Prioritize → Execute → Measure → Reprioritize
At the beginning of each month, DynamiX will set priorities based on the roadmap, business priorities, seasonality, performance data and new findings.
The cross-functional team will execute the prioritized work across strategy, content, local search, design, development, analytics and technical implementation.
After the period closes, DynamiX and Estes will review what changed, what was completed, what the data shows and what comes next.
Each quarter, the broader roadmap will be revisited to reflect changes in customer behavior, Search, Maps, AI, competition and Estes' business priorities.
A shared record of priorities, work in progress, completed work and key decisions will remain available throughout the engagement.
90-Day Plan
Days 1–30: Baseline, Protect & Prioritize
Review the website, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profiles, content, legacy URLs, redirects, local visibility, reviews, available lead data, and current partner activity.
Establish the baseline, initial roadmap, 90-day priorities, visibility benchmarks, attribution approach, and coordination across partners. Identify and protect existing search equity before making significant changes. Urgent issues will be addressed where practical.
Days 31–60: Strengthen the Foundation
Address the highest-risk and highest-return foundational issues identified during onboarding.
Priorities may include redirects, indexing, legacy content, internal linking, schema, Google Business Profiles, listing cleanup, attribution, site performance, and conversion paths.
Days 61–90: Controlled Growth
Begin expanding the strongest opportunities through differentiated service and location content, real customer-question resources, Google Maps improvements, authority building, and conversion improvements supported by the data.
By day 90, Estes will have clear baselines, an established operating rhythm, stronger attribution, and a prioritized pipeline of growth opportunities.
Investment
This engagement includes strategy, monthly prioritization, SEO and AEO, technical SEO, content, Google Maps and local search, reviews, conversion improvements, analytics, reporting, roadmap reviews, and coordination with iHeart and approved resources. Estes’ existing Octane platform and support agreement will continue separately.
Paid media, third-party subscriptions, major custom development, full website redesigns, photography/video, and ongoing social media management are excluded unless separately approved.
