Summary

EcoPlay Structures is one of the more fun companies I've had the pleasure of engaging with, and we consider this project to be a labor of love to help move your brand forward and make it easy to manage the site experience for years and years to come.

As such, we will be providing you with access to the full complement of layouts and capabilities available inside Octane's Layout Store, and have already created a look and feel designed to improve on your current site experience, which can be seen below.

Site Styler

Octane's Site Styler allows for sweeping changes to the look and feel of the site experience, as well as smaller, nuance changes where appropriate. This tool is faster and more nimble than any Wordpress or similar builder out there.

SEO Explorer

Our exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.

Audit Trail

We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.

  • Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
  • Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
  • Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Site Speed

Octane is designed to allow for lightning fast page loads and optimization at scale, ensuring your site loads quickly for visitors at all times.

Octane Form Builder

Our Form Builder allows you to customize form inputs, choose where you want submissions sent, and integrates with Google Sheets for easy onramp into other platforms.

Octane AI Tool

Leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence technology, Octane has been designed to augment your team's content needs directly within each individual page.

Site Design

In an atypical approach, we have already created the new site's look and feel for you. Assuming it meets with your approval, this is ready to go for new pages and content migration.

Native Asset Build

To reduce costs and expedite your project timeline, we will utilize built in capabilities called "Native Assets." These include layouts, such as a CTA bar, multi column list, content and image, image galleries, and more. Your project manager will place your new content into these native assets and your designer will style them according to your brand guidelines.

Migrating Site Content

Our team will handle the entire migration process for you, ensuring that your website remains intact and fully functional throughout the transition. In the process, there are several pages we recommend either expanding on or removing, as they are currently almost blank pages.

Additional Custom Pieces

Presently, there is no need for complex features, as the site is small and content is minimal. However, as your company and online presence grows, we can regroup, brainstorm, and scope additional features if desired. If any form integrations are required, these will also be scoped as part of any additional custom development.

Layout Store Inclusion

Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 150 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.

Why DynamiX?

I've been through a bunch of website platforms over the years—WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, you name it—and none of them could handle what I needed. Then I found DynamiX and their Octane CMS, and honestly, it's been a total game changer.

I run a multi-brand franchise business with a lot of moving parts. My sites need to talk to Salesforce, support different locations, and still be easy to update.
