One of the fist steps in starting a new business is building an online presence that attracts new visitors and secures existing customers. To do this, Dirt Skincare needs a functional and memorable website experience that tells the story of who Dirt Skincare is and how they can help their target audience.

With this goal in mind, DynamiX will design, develop, and launch a website with the key pages outlined by your team. Using our software, Octane, it is easy to make changes and additions to the site in real time, so that your website can evolve with the brand.


Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach

Our aim is to create an experience that elevates your brand and positions Dirt Skincare as a competitive player in the cosmetics industry. Because Dirt Skincare is a new company and does not rank in search engines yet, a website is needed as soon as possible in order to start generating online traffic.

This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.

Build & Style

We will create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.

Launch

As soon as the newly developed site is styled and content is in place, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to index and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.

Refine

After the site goes live, our team will train you in Octane, so that you are able to add to your site experience as the business evolves and grows. Our team is always open for conversations about adding concepts to the site experience such as a deeper home page story and/or additional layouts.

Octane's Site Styler allows for sweeping changes to the look and feel of the site experience, as well as smaller, nuance changes where appropriate. This tool is faster and more nimble than any Wordpress or similar builder out there.

SEO Explorer

Our exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.

Audit Trail

We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.

  • Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
  • Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
  • Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Site Speed

Octane is designed to allow for lightning fast page loads and optimization at scale, ensuring your site loads quickly for visitors at all times.

Octane Form Builder

Our Form Builder allows you to customize form inputs, choose where you want submissions sent, and integrates with Google Sheets for easy onramp into other platforms.

Octane AI Tool

Leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence technology, Octane has been designed to augment your team's content needs directly within each individual page.

Layout Store Inclusion

Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 170 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.

Site Design

Our team will create the new site's look and feel for you based on our discussions, with an aim for creating a visually engaging experience that helps your business stand out.

To minimize expense and create a quick pathway to launch, we will be utilizing core capabilities including our Site Styler and Layout Store to create the new site look and feel for you.

Leveraging Native Assets

Our layout library has over 170 layouts and themes, which we will leverage to create the new site experience. This comprehensive set of assets gives your team the option to diversify content and create engaging pages without redundancy.

The new site will have options for various content layouts, such as multi column lists, icon columns, and full width elements. Additionally, our image galleries, interactive image maps, and video grids give your team an opportunity to use visual elements to capture your audience.

Site Styler Tool

In addition to the vast array of layout options at your disposal, we will grant your team access to our Site Styler Tool, which allows you to make both sweeping changes to the site design, as well as smaller detailed variations on a page-by-page basis.

At the beginning of the project, our designers will style your site based on your stated goals and guidelies; however, you will have the freedom to add your own personal touch whenever you would like.

Telling A Story (Optional)

As soon as the new site is live, you have options for adding new content to the new site. Our OctaneAI feature is a fantastic (and free) tool for adding additional content to the site as well and can be used on any page within Octane.

Another option is to meet with our content specialist to brainstorm where the business is headed. Based on that discussion, we can draft content that aligns with your brand identity and tells a compelling story, leveraging the company's history alongside a view to the future. This is not included in the proposal, but our content strategist can provide a quote based on how many pages are needed if you choose this route.

Additional Custom Capabilities

Based on our conversations to this point, we did not see the need for any complex or custom capabilities to be created. However, as your company and online presence grows, we can regroup, brainstorm, and scope additional features if desired. If any complex form integrations are required, these will also be scoped as part of the additional custom development.
