DynamiX is excited to partner with Client Name to design and build two distinctive, high-performance websites, one for Conditioned Air in Southwest Florida (Naples and Fort Myers) and one for AC Designs in Jacksonville, that create clear visual separation in two of the most saturated HVAC markets in Florida. Both sites will be built on DynamiX's exclusive Octane platform -- a modern, purpose-built engine designed for speed, stability, security, and long-term scalability -- and managed together through a single Octane ecosystem login.

Unlike traditional and niche CMS platforms like the MODX system Conditioned Air runs on today, Octane eliminates the technical debt, plugin sprawl, and maintenance risk that typically slow sites down over time, giving Client Name a future-ready foundation that simply works and evolves as technology moves forward, without you having to redesign it.

Today, Conditioned Air is running on a temporary, limited-content site that was meant to be a short-term fix, and AC Designs has a more modern template but almost no local search foundation, with little AC repair content, no Jacksonville targeting in its meta data, and non-branded organic search that is nearly invisible. These new websites will tell each brand's story, put their strong reviews front and center, and be built from day one around how Florida homeowners actually search, so both brands are ready to capture demand heading into 2027.

We will begin with a dedicated design and ideation phase (roughly 3-4 weeks) to align on goals, positioning, and what success looks like for both Conditioned Air and AC Designs. This includes understanding how each brand should stand apart in saturated markets like Jacksonville and Naples/Fort Myers, what you want each site to feel like, and the specific features you want built in. The agreed-upon vision will become the blueprint for both builds, so every decision supports the broader direction of the fund's brands heading into 2027.

Navigation & User Pathways

More visitors leave because they can't find the next step than any business likes to admit, and it is important to get this part right from the very beginning.

We will structure each site so homeowners can quickly find the service they need, whether that is AC repair, maintenance, or a new system, and move naturally toward calling or booking. Navigation, service pages, and location pages will be organized around the way Florida homeowners actually search, with clear pathways for each market Conditioned Air and AC Designs serve.

Site Design

We like to say "Pretty is pointless," meaning that a pretty design on its face is not the goal. Rather the goal is to help the right homeowner feel like you are the one for them.

Each site will receive a fully custom DynamiX design that creates real visual separation from competitors, with dynamic, story-driven content in the spirit of the Reliable Air experience. Your strong reviews will be featured prominently, each brand's history and team will be front and center, and there will be no question about where you are located and who you serve. Both sites will still have full access to Octane's library of 400+ native layouts for future growth.

Conversion & Lead Flow

We will build each site to turn visitors into booked service calls, with clickable phone numbers, clear and descriptive calls-to-action, and lead capture points placed throughout the experience. Pages will support both the homeowner with a broken AC who needs help today and the one researching a system replacement over several weeks. Forms and lead flow can be integrated with your CRM so leads are routed into your existing intake process.

Content Migration & Improvement

Rather than simply moving content over, we will rebuild it with intention. Conditioned Air's temporary site will be replaced with complete, purposeful content, including the core AC repair and service pages it is missing today. AC Designs' content will be restructured and expanded so its pages, headings, and meta data clearly target AC repair, HVAC, and air conditioning service in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Redundant or thin content will be consolidated or removed so each page strengthens both the user experience and non-branded search visibility.

Performance Across Devices

Both sites will be built on Octane with technical SEO built in from launch, including properly structured headings, title tags, meta descriptions, image descriptions, and fast page speeds across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Octane receives platform updates every Thursday, so each site's code, security, and layouts keep improving over time. Your SEO Explorer and performance dashboards will make it easy to monitor where both sites stand.

Additional Custom Pieces

Both sites will be connected through a single Octane ecosystem build, giving your team one login to manage Conditioned Air and AC Designs and making mass updates across brands simple, including future brands the fund may add.
