Summary
1% Lists Atlanta is a new business run by two incredible brothers. We plan to provide a deeper level of access than is typical into our Octane software for this site development. As discussed, to keep costs as low as possible we will be focusing on our "Native" layouts and features, and listings themselves can be provided via subdomain or another link using one of your existing sites separate from this one.
Over time and once appropriate, we will discuss additional capabilities including zip code search, location maps and more complex forms and potential integrations. These are not quoted or scoped yet as the need now is for a functioning and professional site experience for use in radio.
Taking a Build, Launch Refine Approach
Based on our discussion and your need to move quickly, our aim is to rapidly create an experience that is ready for content to be added, and that can be quickly moved forward as the brand evolves.
This process is outlined below, and is optimal for search engine efficacy.
Build
7 Days
Our aim is to create a core site experience designed for both today and the future, adding the ability to create additional layouts over time via our Layout Store. We will be leveraging native features to keep costs and timeline as brief as possible.
Launch
3 Days
As soon as content is in place, we will launch the new site experience so that Google has time to index, and to allow search engines to see your new content as it is added to the site experience.
Refine
21 Days
Once site is live, you can focus on adding additional concepts to the experience including a deeper home page story, additional photography/videography and deeper details on what makes you a fit.

Site Styler
Octane's Site Styler allows for sweeping changes to the look and feel of the
site experience, as well as smaller, nuance changes where appropriate. This
tool is faster and more nimble than any Wordpress or similar builder out there.
SEO Explorer
Our
exclusive SEO explorer lets you know where you stand in real time, pointing out
issues on pages across the website. We use it when building the site, and
you'll have access to keep it moving forward as content is added.
Audit Trail
We consider Octane to be a "single source of truth" for how a site is being worked on and improved over time, and have designed many features into the platform that allow for easy access to data that can assist in decision making and understanding.
- Input-Based: See any adjustments made to an input on a given page
simply by clicking on the history tool. You can use this area to revise back to
a previous version as well simply by clicking on the text and confirming!
- Page-Based: Want to see what changes have been made to a given page? This lives next to
each page and shows every adjustment since the moment the page was made.
- Global Trail: The left navigation bar includes a link to the site's global audit trail, which provides all changes made to the site and lets you filter by user.

Layout Store Inclusion
Octane's new Layout Store is a phenomenal technology stack designed to allow your site to do more without needing us to create custom components. Currently there are over 170 layouts inside the store, and more are being added regularly. We will add all current useful layouts during the build process for you.
